Securities Litigation Practice co-chair, Bruce Vanyo, and Eric Klein, co-chair of the Firm's Los Angeles Corporate Practice, contributed to the most recent issue of 8K Magazine, which is distributed to 15,000 California public company management personnel. They served as panelists at the recent 8K Corporate Governance Forum, which was published in the article available here. Mr. Vanyo and Mr. Klein discussed executive stock trading plans, the Delaware Court of Chancery’s ruling in a recent stock options backdating case, the impact of securities litigation on outside directors, and the SEC’s and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s suggested revisions and interpretations to Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley ("Corporate Governance Forum," Summer 2007).
