Julia structures and effectuates acquisitions and dispositions nationwide. This includes assisting with entity formation; conducting due diligence on real property and operating businesses; resolving complex title and survey matters; ensuring compliance with municipal requirements; and reviewing and preparing private development controls such as condo declarations, reciprocal easement agreements and covenants, conditions and restrictions.

Julia is well-versed in negotiating commercial and industrial leases, including general office, warehouse, medical office, yard, restaurant, storage and build-to-suit. She also has recent experience in multi-property and multi-state portfolio transactions, easement negotiations and purchase and sale agreements.
