(WASHINGTON, DC) Katten announced that four of the firm's attorneys were named to the 2022 Washington, DC Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. Named to the list were Litigation partner Johnjerica Hodge, Health Care associate M. Ramana Rameswaran, and Litigation associates Mary C. Fleming and Corey S. Peterson.

Hodge represents clients in internal and governmental investigations, corporate compliance and appellate litigation and focuses much of her practice on helping health care providers respond to investigations and related matters. Fleming, a gifted writer and advocate, concentrates her practice on appellate litigation and dispositive motions practice in trial courts. Peterson represents a broad range of clients, including large-scale real estate developers, property owners, landlords, tenants and nonprofit organizations on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Rameswaran, who provides strategic guidance on health care regulatory issues, counsels clients on major mergers and acquisitions transactions and joint ventures particularly involving health care private equity transactions.
