(LOS ANGELES) Katten announced today that three of the firm's attorneys have been selected to the 2023 Southern California Rising Stars list. Named to the list were Litigation counsel Meegan Maczek, Private Wealth associate Avi Pariser, and Litigation associate Paul S. Yong.
Maczek represents landlords, banks, technology companies and employers in commercial litigation in state and federal court in class, mass and individual actions. Pariser leverages his probate experience to assist high-net-worth individuals and their families with the preparation and administration of estate plans. Yong is an experienced and skilled securities litigator who regularly defends public companies and their directors and officers in securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and government and internal investigations.
