A cross-practice team from Katten represented MBX Systems on its sale to AHEAD, a leading enterprise cloud and digital business platform provider.
MBX Systems, a Chicago-area systems integrator, owns proprietary software Hatch, which enables enterprise clients to manage the entire lifecycle of their IT assets.
