A cross-practice team from Katten represented MBX Systems on its sale to AHEAD, a leading enterprise cloud and digital business platform provider.
MBX Systems, a Chicago-area systems integrator, owns proprietary software Hatch, which enables enterprise clients to manage the entire lifecycle of their IT assets. The marriage of AHEAD and MBX promises to help enterprise clients accelerate their business impact by delivering advanced infrastructure and edge solutions in a variety of areas, including clinical care, health and safety, oil and gas and digital business infrastructure. The combined companies also expect to realize streamlined global distribution of products.

Our objective is to weave this transparency into a flawless customer journey, commencing from the design of new products through to the final stage of delivery," Chris Tucker, CEO of MBX Systems, said in a statement. "We can't wait to integrate these capabilities with the AHEAD platform, where the added scale and reach will empower us to serve an even greater number of clients."
