Katten announced that it assisted eTrueNorth, an innovative US-based health care technology company that enables laboratory testing at retail pharmacies, with a public-private partnership between the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS); several national pharmacy chains such as Walmart, Kroger and Health Mart; and swab-processing laboratories to facilitate the opening of hundreds of drive-through COVID-19 testing sites. Our team also helped eTrueNorth navigate health care operational and privacy issues unique to the provision of health care in a mobile environment.

The team was led by Dallas Health Care partner Kenya Woodruff and included special counsel Lisa Prather and associate Bernard Miller, also in Dallas.
