About Loxley Gressle

Loxley Gressle concentrates her practice on real estate and sports law. She represents institutional lenders, private equity real estate firms, real estate investment trusts (REITs), family offices, investors and developers in connection with the financing, acquisition, disposition and development of a broad range of real estate asset classes, including multifamily and student housing properties, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments and retail centers nationwide. Loxley also has experience representing Major League Soccer (MLS) and National Basketball Association (NBA) team owners in complex transactions, including short-term and long-term financings, as well as the construction and development of stadiums, arenas and adjacent mixed-use projects.
