Counsel with big-picture view of complex corporate matters

Omar routinely advises clients on multijurisdictional matters across a broad range of industries including real estate, financial services and hospitality representing corporate clients and owner-managed businesses.

Before joining Katten, Omar worked as a solicitor at a large firm in London focusing on private company M&A, inward investments and corporate real estate. He previously trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a Big Four professional services firm, where he focused on real estate, hospitality, construction and marine industries.

Omar is multilingual, fluent in English and Malay, and proficient in Indonesian.
