About Roger J. Griesmeyer

Roger Griesmeyer is not your average deal attorney. He combines his legal experience and knowledge, background in social psychology and education, and passion for client service to craft creative and bespoke transactions that best meet clients’ goals. Roger advises clients ranging from private equity and venture capital funds to companies on strategies related to acquisition, growth, development and disposition. He applies his legal insight, experience, background and skill to help clients meet their goals as they expand.

Roger is an adjunct corporate drafting professor at Brooklyn Law School and serves on the Alumni Board. He is also the president of the Dartmouth College Class of 1998.
