Overview

We help health care providers, commercial payers and self-insured employers strengthen their market position through innovative alliances and network strategies. Our team brings deep experience in health care regulations, insurance law, reimbursement, corporate structuring and antitrust to guide clients through every stage of network development and operation.

We advise on clinical integration, population health management and care coordination strategies across virtually every type of provider network, including ACOs, PHOs, IPAs, "super CINs," and specialty-specific coalitions. From governance documents and compliance programs to payer-provider arrangements and regulatory filings, we deliver the full spectrum of legal support needed to structure, launch and operationalize these organizations.

Drawing on considerable antitrust strength, we structure networks to withstand regulatory scrutiny and perform clinical integration reviews that help bolster our clients' competitive positions. We also counsel on reimbursement methodologies, shared savings, bundled payment, capitation, pay-for-performance and more, as well as fraud and abuse compliance, ERISA, insurance licensure, corporate practice of medicine and consumer protection issues.

Our clients include health systems, physician groups, multiprovider networks, managed care organizations, trade associations and insurance companies. Whether you are forming a provider-sponsored ACO, building a unique health system affiliation, or navigating Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial managed care programs, our team delivers practical, results-driven counsel to help you succeed.
