Dan Huffenus, managing partner of Katten's Charlotte office and head of its Real Estate practice group, served as moderator for the 11th Annual Outlook on the Commercial Real Estate Market event in Charlotte on January 11. Panelists discussed the current economic conditions, how they are impacting commercial real estate, and what the future holds for Charlotte and the surrounding region's real estate market, all of which is explored in coverage of the event from the Charlotte Business Journal and The Charlotte Observer.
