(London) Leading law firm, Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP (Katten) has today announced the appointment of partner Christopher Harrison to the firm's capital markets group in London.
Chris joins Katten from Vedder Price where he was a partner. With over 25 years' experience in advising financial institutions, funds, corporate and government entities on complex capital markets and leveraged finance transactions, he brings with him a client-centric approach to the most elaborate equity and debt matters.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Chris was a partner at some of the largest law firms in the world including Latham & Watkins, Weil Gotshal and Manges, and Morgan Lewis.
