Christopher Harrison leads the Finance and Transactions practice group in the London office. He has over 30 years’ experience advising corporations, banks, investment funds and government entities on a broad range of finance and corporate transactions. He is a thorough and skilled practitioner in a variety of industries including technology, media, transportation, energy and financial services.
