Katten served as legal counsel to Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning, a portfolio company of Gamut Capital Management, in its acquisition of Sierra Air Conditioning, Inc., Sierra Air Conditioning of Idaho LLC and Silverado Mechanical LLC.
This acquisition marks a significant expansion for Airtron, extending its presence into the Western United States and establishing it as the first national HVAC installation business dedicated to the single-family residential new construction market.
