For corporate clients, every aspect of the deal is important
Jessica knows her clients are concerned about every phase of a transaction, and so is she. From start to finish, including post-closing and long-term items, she is there to respond to their needs. She is always looking for new ways to work around issues that are unique to a particular client, and has experience negotiating and planning for people management issues through each phase of a deal.
Prior to joining Katten, Jessica was an associate in the Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions practice group at another international firm in Dallas. During law school, she served as a case note and comment editor for the SMU Law Review.
