Katten announced that it represented Mid America Pet Food, LLC, a premium pet food brand, in the acquisition of Nature's Logic.
Both companies have a shared passion for providing quality, natural pet food at affordable prices. This acquisition resulted in Nature's Logic being under Mid America Pet Food’s portfolio of brands, but it will continue to operate as a separate business.
Katten’s team was led by Corporate partners Wade Glover and Victor Zanetti and Corporate associates Weston Love and Aaron Feld.
