A Florida federal judge refused to grant a preliminary injunction against Bausch & Lomb in a trademark infringement case. US District Judge Virginia Hernandez Covington agreed with a magistrate judge in ruling that Bausch & Lomb’s use of an ophthalmologist’s trademarked slogan “See Better.
