Health Care partner Michael Callahan will present two sessions at the NAMSS 42nd Educational Conference & Exhibition. The first session is "Important Legal Developments and Impact on MSP Responsibilities" on Monday, October 1 at 10:00 a.m. Michael will review recent cases involving peer review privilege, termination, fair procedure, HCQIA and antitrust.
Michael's second program will be "Maximizing Your Peer Review Privilege and Confidentiality Protections Under State and Federal Law," on Monday, Oct 1 at 2:45 p.m. Through a series of hypotheticals, Michael will provide insight on best practices for compliance.
