About Adam L. Stoddard

Adam Stoddard is a partner in Katten's Real Estate practice with a broad background in structuring and executing all types of commercial real estate transactions, while emphasizing efficiency and attention to detail. He routinely represents clients in acquisitions, construction, development, dispositions, leasing, financing and servicing across the commercial real estate sector.

Working in commercial real estate across the nation

Adam has substantial experience advising his clients on a wide scope of asset classes, including subdivision development, multifamily properties, retail centers, hotels, resorts and industrial properties. His practice includes a range of commercial leasing, lending and financing transactions representing real estate owners and operating companies, developers, debt funds, asset managers and commercial banks in the real estate market throughout the United States. Adam advises clients of all sizes in negotiating and structuring commercial mortgage loan originations, syndicated and participated credit facilities, commercial leases and construction and development projects.

While attending law school, Adam was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review and the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team.
