Katten Attorneys Distinguished as Top Legal Talent in the 2021 Best Lawyers in America and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch Lists

(CHICAGO) Katten today announced that 130 of the firm’s attorneys were named to the 2021 Best Lawyers in America and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch lists as a result of being identified by their peers in a wide range of practice areas.

Three Chicago partners were recognized as a “Lawyer of the Year” in their respective practice areas — Michael O. Hartz in Trusts and Estates, Lawrence D. Levin in Securities Regulation and Floyd A. Mandell in Trademark Law. Only one attorney in each specific practice and in each geographic region is selected as “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers. This designation is based on high ratings in surveys demonstrating a great level of respect among their peers for their abilities, professionalism and integrity.
