Katten's Workplace Experience & Inclusion Committee sets the overall firm strategy for increasing, enhancing, celebrating, and sustaining a culture of inclusion at the firm.
The Workplace Experience & Inclusion Committee is composed of firm leaders, including Katten's chairman, chief executive officer, chief inclusion officer and members of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, who possess a demonstrable commitment to championing these efforts. The Committee partners with department and practice group leadership for successful implementation of goals related to engaging and retaining attorneys.
