About Ben Griffith

Knowledge that faces challenges head on
From his experience as both in-house and outside counsel for large health systems, Ben understands the challenges faced by providers in the current regulatory landscape and uses this experience to counsel clients on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters. Much of his practice centers on private equity transactions in the health care industry with an emphasis on physician practice management platforms.
In addition to his transactional work, Ben devotes a substantial portion of his practice to health care regulatory issues related to federal and state fraud and abuse laws, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law and False Claims Act, as well as regulatory issues related to the corporate practice of medicine, health care program billing and provider reimbursement.
Ben was recognized for his in-house work by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2015 as a 30 Under 30 Award recipient. During law school, Ben was a published member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal and was inducted to the Order of the Woolsack honor society following graduation.
