About Enzo Hernandez

Enzo Hernandez focuses his practice on advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters and on helping them navigate complex business transactions, including corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Creating value from start to finish

Enzo understands that attention to detail and big-picture thinking are necessary to best serve clients. While earning his JD, Enzo externed at an international software and technology company, actively assisting its in-house legal team in mergers and acquisitions while also developing a deeper understanding of business rationales. Enzo also externed at the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, where he further developed a keen attention to detail. Finally, Enzo was a student associate in SMU's Small Business and Trademark Clinic, interacting directly with small business owners and helping them be set up and organized for future success.
