(DALLAS) Katten announced today that the firm represented Dallas-based private investment firm Highlander Partners, L.P. in the acquisition of The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc., which specializes in the manufacture and sale of ergonomically designed products including premium baby carriers, strollers, bouncers and other accessories.

The sale, completed by Highlander Partners and Compass Diversified (NYSE: CODI), was announced December 30.
