A Katten team led by Sports and Sports Facilities Partner Daniel Render represented the Cleveland Browns and its stadium in their 20-year partnership with Huntington National Bank (Huntington Bank) that includes naming rights to the Browns' stadium, now called "Huntington Bank Field." Huntington Bank, founded and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, will also become the team's official and exclusive banking partner. The first game at Huntington Bank Field took place on September 8 when the Cleveland Browns played against the Dallas Cowboys.
This partnership aims to strengthen both organizations' commitment to the Cleveland community and is expected to stimulate economic growth and development in the Northeast Ohio region. As stated in a press release by the Cleveland Browns, "The naming of Huntington Bank Field makes the bank the anchor investor in the existing or new home of the Browns for the next 20 years."
Along with Daniel, Katten's team included Real Estate Partner Jason Gorczynski, Sports and Sports Facilities Associate Ethan Asofsky and Corporate Associate Aaron Feld.
