A Katten team led by Entrepreneurial Ventures Partner Jeffrey Patt represented Prompt Health in this strategic acquisition.
Prompt Health powers clinics nationwide, and the combined innovation resources will help them accelerate the future of AI-first, action-oriented EMR platforms for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and chiropractic practices.
